Start your return online: print the pre-paid shipping label, and bring your item to the carrier listed on the label. You will receive an email when your return is received, and your refund has been processed. You will receive a credit or refund of the same amount you paid, in the currency you paid, other than any shipping cost, when you purchased the eligible item from our Site.
With Checkout+, we offer you the option to unlock free return shipping later for the eligible items in your order by paying a small returns fee at the time of purchase. If you choose to pay this fee during purchase, there is no additional charge for shipping your item(s) back to us. If you choose not to pay this fee during your purchase, you will be subject to a $11.00 USD handling fee. Please note that this service must be purchased when placing your order and can not be added after the order has been placed.
Our Refund Policy applies to all items purchased through saltlife.de.com; refunds of purchases made through any third-party sites, any retail stores or any third-party Facebook pages, will be pursuant to the policies of said third-party entity. To return an item you purchased from our Site, the item must be eligible for return. This means the item has to be in its original condition: new, unused, unwashed, unaltered and in its original packaging with the labels attached. The item must not have been purchased as a “Final Sale” or offered as a gift-with-purchase or other promotional give-away or promotional offer. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns of items that you purchased elsewhere.
